MINISTRY OF ANGELS

Psalm 91: 11

Psalm 91: 11. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

Hebrews 1: 14. Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

I have experienced the ministry of angels at least twice.

One was when I had an electrocution, I shouted "blood of Jesus" and by the third shout, I got a push. I saw the appearance of an Angel. 

Secondly, I didn't see the angel, my vehicle tumbled on Wuye bridge in Abuja, with steering kissing the driver seat, I saw myself outside while speaking in tongues. 

You too can have a first hand experience of what it means to be an heir of salvation.

THOUSAND SHALL FALL

Psalm 91: 7

Psalm 91: 7. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

 

Job 22: 29. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

God gives his angels assignment to watch over us for a reason, so that we would not be destroyed by the wicked. 

When you look up to God, you will grow up. whatever goes up comes down but whatever grows up, stays up.

if you are not saved, you are not safe.

 

NOISOME PESTILENCE

Psalm 91: 3

Psalm 91: 3. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the NOISOME PESTILENCE.

Matthew 24: 7. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and PESTILENCES, and earthquakes, in divers places.

God in his word has given us a hint on what to expect in this times but he has assured us that he will deliver us from everyone one them.

So be rest assured, God is at work still. 

God because of you and I, doesn't have a pyjamas.

THOUSANDS YEARS BEFORE HIM

Psalm 90: 4

Psalm 90: 4. For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

If a thousand years before God is like a day gone by, then it is proper to seek him that knows what's ahead of us. 

He knows what your business will become in some years to come.

He knows what will become of your marriage.

Trust him with your life's plan, he will guide you into it's fulfillment.

If you are not saved, you are not safe.

SPRING AS THE GRASS

Psalm 92: 7

Psalm 92: 7. When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

Why do bad people prosper?

Have you ever thought of this?

In the race of life, it's better to focus on your lane. Peter started sinking when he got distracted, don't let anyone's success or failure distract you. Everyone shall account to the maker how their life was spent. 

Do not be bittered about others successes and do not rejoice about anyone's failure.

SHUTTING GOD OUT

Psalm 95: 8

Psalm 95: 8. Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:

 

Ezekiel 36: 26. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

A closed heart will not only shut God out, it will shut goodness out also.

God is knocking the door of your heart, will you let him in today?

FIRE GOES BEFORE HIM

Psalm 97: 3

Psalm 97: 3. A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.

One thing that is certain is, God fights for his own. When men decides to act like men, that's when God steps in to act as God.

One of the names of Jesus is, the Lord of hosts. Fire answers to him.

When your enemies come up against you, He will raise the standard of FIRE against them.

If you are His, He will take up your fight.

If you're are not saved, you are not safe.

BE THANKFUL

Psalm 100: 4

Psalm 100: 4. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Anyone who is Thankful will have his Tank-full. Anyone who is Thankful, is grateful. Anyone who isn't grateful is a Great-Fool.

How do you feel when you bless someone and instead of the person returning with thanks, such comes back complaining again?

Disappointed right?

There are a lot of things to be thankful for than to worried about.

Be Thankful Today For What you have before it becomes what you had.

SET TIME

Psalm 102: 13

Psalm 102: 13. Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

The winner of the race of life is not always the swift, those who win life's battles are not always the strong, those who have more than enough bread to eat are not always the wise, the rich ones are not always men of understanding, nor those who find favour are not always men of skill; but time of God and chance of mercy happens to them all. Eccl9:11.

Make yourself a Zion of God(habitation of God) so that his mercy can locate you faster.

FEAR GOD

Psalm 103: 11

Psalm 103: 11. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

God's mercy is so great that you cannot compare it with any distance other than the distance between Heaven and Earth. 

You can compare his mercy to a father-child relationship. As the father will not give up on his child easily so is our God. 

But that mercy is only available for those who fear him. 

Those who fear him, love him. Those who love him, love others.

Do you FEAR GOD?

A FIRE

Psalm 104: 4

Psalm 104: 4. Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

A minister of God is a believer not necessarily one who leads a congregation. One of the weapon of a believer's warfare is the fire of God. Elijah made use of it. 

When the fire of the enemies come face to face with that of God, like Moses staff, the fire of the enemy will be swallowed in victory. The Hebrew boys were thrown into such fire but it became a cooling system instead of burning them.

Today, God will make you a FIRE.

The fire of God will first and foremost destroy seed of evil in you before destroying evil against you.

TOUCH NOT

Psalm 105: 15

Psalm 105: 15. Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

God doesn't joke with the people that are his. He may allow you to punish them if he wanted to chastise them but he doesn't hand them over to the enemies for destruction. 

See what he did with King Nebuchadnezzar after he threw the Hebrew boys into burning furnace. 

See what he did with those who connived to send Daniel to the Lions den.

See what he did with King Herod that wanted Jesus dead, he was eaten alive by worms.

See what he did with Pharaoh and his host of armies. 

If you are not his, he will not waste his time to fight for you.

If you are not saved, you are not safe.

SIN IS LIKE SPORT

Psalm 106: 23

Psalm 106: 23. Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy them.

1Tim2: 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.

God is a disciplinarian and a merciful one at that. 

Whenever The Israelites went astray, he made them pay for it. 

He did that to let them know that sin has consequences.

Sin is a destroyer of life and destiny.

Sin is like sport to a fool.

Moses pleaded with God but Jesus still pleads with God for you and I. 

Today, do not frustrate his effort over you.

Do not be A FOOL.

GATE OF BRASS

Psalm 107: 15-16

Psalm 107: 15. Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! 16. For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder.

 

His goodness keeps us in good health, sounds mind, Joy, peace, love, prosperity, favour, protects, guides, leads, speaks for us. 

His wonderful works are seen all around us, in lives of people far or around us, in all He has made...(song: All things bright and beautiful).

Gates of Brass: Are walls of separation, walls of partition, walls of hindrance that limits, that waylays, that stagnates, that setbacks, that keeps one in a spot, that imprisons, that isolates.

Bars of Iron: are chains, handcuffs, to hinder fruitfulness, productivity, progress, promotion, prosperity, good health.

Today you are delivered in Jesus name
